Job Description

About the Role

SN Aboitiz Power Group is seeking a Lead – SaaS Platforms and Digital Enablement to serve as the single point of accountability for our SaaS platform portfolio and champion our internal Citizen Developers Program (CDP).

In this role, you will bridge SaaS platform administration, IAM governance, security compliance, and vendor management with user empowerment—enabling business units to build AI-powered, low-code/no-code applications while eliminating shadow IT and platform sprawl.

Key Responsibilities

  • SaaS Governance & Platform Administration: Develop and maintain the SaaS governance framework, enforce Identity & Access Management (IAM), manage application lifecycles (specifically Kissflow and Monday.com), and oversee API integration standards.
  • Security, Compliance & Vendor Management: Define SaaS security standards, enforce data privacy compliance, manage vendor contracts/SLAs, optimize licensing costs, and maintain Application Systems Continuity Plans.
  • Citizen Developers Program (CDP): Design and drive the CDP framework, deliver low-code/no-code training, establish AI guardrails for user-built solutions, and organize hackathons and showcases to build digital self-sufficiency.
  • Leadership & Financial Stewardship: Coach dedicated team members, plan workforce allocation across workstreams, and manage annual department budgets and variance tracking for the CIO.

Role Qualifications

Experience & Background:

  • Professional: 3–5 years of expertise in Data & Application Architecture, Systems & Solutions Design, and Implementation/Maintenance.
  • Leadership: Minimum 2 years in a managerial or lead role overseeing application development/maintenance teams.
  • Projects: 3+ years leading and delivering complex projects (e.g., ERP implementations, enterprise systems integration).
  • Hands-on experience with low-code/no-code tools (Kissflow, Monday.com), workflow automation, and basic API integration principles.

Education & Certifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a quantitative field.
  • Preferred: Oracle Technical Certification or Post-Graduate Studies in Business.
  • Required/Preferred Certifications: Kissflow Certification and Design Thinking training.

Key Skills:

  • Strong grounding in Information Systems Architecture, Systems Integration, and SaaS Administration.
  • High proficiency in project management, systems thinking, vendor negotiations, and budget management.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical ideas to non-technical business stakeholders.
