Lead Quality Engineer 5 months contract

Our client, a leading insurance firm, is undertaking a major technology transformation and looking for a Lead Quality Engineer on a 5‑month contract in Taguig City, Philippines.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Engineering within a contact centre, BPO, or shared services environment.
• Proven experience supporting large-scale contact centre transformation, technology implementation, or operating model redesign.
• Strong expertise in developing and implementing quality engineering frameworks across process and technical environments.
• Solid knowledge of Six Sigma, Lean, ISO, or equivalent quality management frameworks.
• Hands-on experience in test strategy development, test planning, execution, and defect management.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to drive quality standards across cross-functional teams.
