Job Description
- Design and execute test plans to validate data pipelines, transformations, and Snowflake data models for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
- Perform data validation and reconciliation between source systems and Snowflake, as well as report/dashboard-level testing for Power BI outputs (visuals, DAX calculations, filters)
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts (SQL-based or using tools like Python, DBT tests) to streamline regression and data quality testing
- Log, track, and manage defects through resolution, collaborating closely with data engineers, BI developers, and architects
- Bring 7+ years of QA experience in data/BI projects, strong SQL skills, familiarity with Snowflake and Power BI, and experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail)
Mandatory Skills: DW QA Experience, QA Analytics
