About the Role:
Our Property and Casualty Insurance client is seeking a skilled Lead QA Automation Engineer to spearhead the development and maintenance of automated testing solutions. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of Guidewire insurance applications while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
. Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks for Guidewire insurance applications.
. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and acceptance criteria.
. Develop and implement automated test scripts using Selenium, Cucumber, or similar frameworks.
. Work with developers to ensure comprehensive test coverage and identify potential issues.
. Analyze test results to identify defects and ensure high-quality software delivery.
. Perform API testing using tools like SOAP UI, Postman, or similar platforms.

Must-Have Qualifications:
. Proven experience in designing and developing automated testing frameworks.
. Hands-on experience with Selenium, Cucumber, or equivalent tools.
. Knowledge of API testing tools such as SOAP UI and Postman.
. Strong understanding of test coverage and defect identification processes.
. Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
. Familiarity with Property and Casualty (P&C) Insurance concepts.
. Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) design principles.
. Proficiency in Java programming.
. Experience with CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.
. Guidewire certification(s).
