The Specialist - Lifting Operations serves as the subject matter expert (SME) for all hoisting/ lifting and rigging activities across geothermal sites. Reporting to the Head of Operational Safety, the role ensures that high-risk lifting activities-such as rig mobilizations, turbine casing lifts, and steam field infrastructure installation-are planned and executed with zero harm. The role focuses on technical assurance, equipment integrity, and the enforcement of international lifting standards (LEEA/ASME/LOLER) within the geothermal operational context and embed them within the company's internal capabilities, through selected site personnel.
