Our client is seeking an experienced Product Manager Lead to oversee a portfolio of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) products and digital solutions serving a diverse customer base, including consumer, small-to-medium business, and enterprise segments.
This role combines product management and commercial strategy responsibilities, focusing on the development, positioning, and growth of software-based offerings. The successful candidate will drive product direction, evaluate partnership opportunities, and determine the most effective approach to delivering value through internally developed, acquired, or partner-led solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full product lifecycle of SaaS and digital solutions, from strategy and planning through launch and ongoing optimization.
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps aligned with customer requirements, market opportunities, and business objectives.
- Assess and recommend build, buy, or partnership approaches for new and existing software offerings.
- Collaborate with internal technology teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors to deliver scalable and commercially viable solutions.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to define pricing strategies, go-to-market plans, and product positioning.
- Monitor product performance using key metrics such as customer adoption, engagement, retention, and profitability.
- Use data and market insights to guide product enhancements and investment decisions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in product management, SaaS solutions, digital products, or technology commercialization.
- Strong knowledge of SaaS business models, pricing strategies, subscription-based services, and product lifecycle management.
- Experience managing or working with third-party software providers, technology partners, or platform vendors.
- Demonstrated ability to make data-driven product decisions while balancing commercial objectives and customer needs.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Proven experience translating market opportunities into successful product strategies and outcomes.
