Job Summary
We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Lead Product Manager to own the end-to-end lifecycle of a core product portfolio. Operating with high autonomy, you will define long-term product vision, translate business goals into measurable outcomes, align senior stakeholders, and mentor individual product managers to foster a high-performance culture.
Core Responsibilities
- Product Strategy & Vision: Formulate a rolling multi-year product vision and roadmap aligned with corporate growth. Translate business goals into actionable, outcome-based product OKRs.
- Discovery & Execution: Lead continuous user discovery to identify high-value customer pain points. Own products from ideation, MVP validation, and scaling through to market optimization.
- Team Leadership: Act as a player-coach; mentor, train, and guide mid-level and junior PMs to elevate the overall product practice.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Present product strategy and resource needs directly to C-level executives. Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Success to drive high product adoption.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years in digital Product Management (B2B, B2C, or SaaS), with a proven track record of scaling products or launching successful 0-to-1 initiatives.
- Leadership: 2+ years of experience directly managing, mentoring, or heavily influencing peer PMs and cross-functional teams.
- Data & Agile Fluency: Deep experience with product analytics infrastructure (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel, Tableau) and modern agile frameworks (Jira, Confluence).
- Technical Literacy: Ability to confidently discuss system architecture, APIs, and technical trade-offs with senior engineering leads.
