Job Description

Role Summary

WE are a MAS-licensed, Recognised Market Operator and Capital Markets Services licensee, and one of Asia's leading regulated private markets platforms. Over US$2 billion of securities have been tokenised on our platform across private credit, bonds, funds, structured products and money market instruments, with managers including KKR, Hamilton Lane and Franklin Templeton.

Our platform is the core business and growing it is our priority. Marketing brings investors to the door. This role owns everything after they walk through it: verification, onboarding, the first investment and whether they come back.

This role reports directly to the CEO of the platform business.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy and Direction

  • Partner with the CEO in setting the product direction for the investor platform, lead and own the product development process to achieve key business goals.
  • Define the problem we are solving, why it matters, who we are solving it for and what success looks like.
  • Develop compelling product proposals, business cases and recommendations for new initiatives.
  • Balance customer needs, commercial objectives, operational considerations, technical constraints and regulatory requirements.

Investor Funnel Ownership

  • Lead the investor funnel from account creation onward — accredited investor verification, KYC, onboarding, first investment, repeat investment and retention.
  • Drive funnel performance, measured by activation rate, sign-up to first-investment conversion, time to first investment and repeat investment rate.
  • Share a north star with Marketing — funded accounts — and run the weekly funnel review where it is tracked.
  • Own funnel instrumentation and attribution as the single source of truth for Product and Marketing.

Discovery, Validation and Experimentation

  • Lead discovery with investors — active, dormant and churned — and with the front office team before committing engineering to solutions.
  • Validate product ideas, assumptions and hypotheses to ensure resources are invested in the right solutions.
  • Design and run experiments on a low-frequency, high-value funnel, combining quantitative tests with qualitative discovery where sample sizes are small.
  • Translate qualitative and quantitative insights into actionable product recommendations.

Delivery and Outcomes

  • Develop initiatives and set milestones to drive projects through to implementation.
  • Partner closely with the front office team to translate validated ideas into high-quality product experiences.
  • Monitor product performance after launch, using customer feedback and data to identify further improvements.
  • Take ownership of product outcomes, not just feature delivery.
  • Work with Compliance from discovery onward on what our platform can and cannot do.

Team and Ways of Working

  • Establish product standards across the team — rituals, documentation and decision records.
  • Mentor product managers and contribute to hiring as the product team grows.

Requirements

  • 7 to 9 years in product management, preferably in fintech, wealth management, banking, brokerage, capital markets, digital assets or other financial services.
  • Familiarity with investment platforms, private markets or digital investing is highly advantageous.
  • Strong product discovery, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to identify opportunities, validate assumptions and turn them into compelling product proposals.
  • Comfortable working independently in ambiguity and driving initiatives forward without close direction.
  • Able to pitch recommendations, challenge assumptions and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Able to use both quantitative and qualitative data to support product decisions.
  • Track record of improving activation, conversion or retention in a digital product.
  • Experience in a regulated environment with evidence of treating compliance as a design input rather than a gate.
