Role Purpose
Build planning capability, standards, and maturity across countries
Key Responsibilities
- Define global planning excellence standards (demand, supply, inventory)
- Own planning & inventory KPI definitions and maturity models
- Design and deliver planning & IBP capability programs
- Develop playbooks, best practices, and learning materials
- Coach and enable countries to improve planning outcomes
- Lead planning community of practice and knowledge sharing
Explicitly Out of Scope
- Acting as a country planner
- Owning planning or inventory performance
Hiring Profile
- Strong understanding of planning best practices and KPIs
- Experience in capability building, standards, or COE roles
- Able to translate concepts into practical, usable guidance
- Coaching mindset; strong communicator
- Comfortable working with different maturity levels
