1. Oversees LubeServ business performance by aligning with company's strategy, sub-unit plans, and external research to contribute in a cohesive business planning and other related company level
2. the planning of the core support initiatives needed in growing LubeServ after sales vehicle servicing and franchising business network including administration of MIS/(auto repair) system database management, support operations in procurement & warehousing/inventory management, marketing initiatives, IT services, accounting & finance, online customer booking,
3. the smooth cooperation and interface with SPI internal and external groups such as Supply, Retail Business, Compliance, SPI Dealers & Station Operators, Partner Vendors, etc. for industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer experience for consideration in presentation of retail lubes initiatives
Job Requirements:
Graduate of relevant business school course
SQL Training Certification
Netsuite
Valid Driving License
Relevant knowledge and work experience in data management and analytics
Project management
