Job Description

Qualifications:

At least 8–10 years of experience in Performance Testing using JMeter
Knowledge of other performance testing tools like LoadRunner, Gatling, or k6 is an advantage
Able to analyze performance testing requirements and create test scenarios, workload models, and KPIs
Strong experience in test execution, result analysis, and report preparation
Good understanding of SDLC, Performance Testing Life Cycle, defect logging, and tracking
Knowledgeable in 3-tier/n-tier application architecture
Hands-on experience in analyzing application configurations, logs, and GC reports
Experience using APM tools such as Dynatrace or AppDynamics for troubleshooting is preferred
Strong presentation and communication skills
Able to work well under pressure
Willing to work onsite in Binondo, Taguig, Manila, or Makati
