Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise and assign daily workload to workshop technicians.
- Monitor repair quality, productivity, efficiency, and compliance with workshop standards.
- Provide technical support and handle complex vehicle repair concerns.
- Conduct quality checks and ensure repairs are completed without backjobs.
- Monitor workshop tools, equipment, housekeeping, and safety compliance.
- Lead and coach technicians and address performance or operational concerns.
- Prepare and monitor required performance and operational reports.
- Graduate of an Automotive Vocational Course.
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience, with 1 year in a supervisory capacity.
- With NC II Certification.
- Must be a Professional Driver's License holder (1 & 2).
- Strong knowledge and skills in vehicle diagnosis, repair, and preventive maintenance.
- With leadership, problem-solving, communication, and team management skills.
- Computer literate and willing to work in a fast-paced workshop environment.
