About the Role:
iSupport Worldwide is seeking a Market Research & Marketing Insights Analyst to lead market research and intelligence efforts supporting both marketing strategy and investor analysis. This role focuses on analyzing local and national market trends, investment-relevant dynamics, and customer demand across our asset classes. You'll synthesize market research, investment data, website analytics (GA4), and marketing performance data into clear, decision-ready reports and dashboards. This is ideal for a strategic marketer with strong market research expertise who is comfortable with data and analytics (not a data scientist role).
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead market research initiatives for local and national markets relevant to iSupport Worldwide's investment strategy and marketing efforts.
- Analyze market fundamentals, demand drivers, competitive landscapes, and regional trends impacting customer acquisition and investment outcomes.
- Produce market research and investor insight reports to support underwriting, market selection, and strategic planning.
- Analyze Google Analytics 4 (GA4) data to understand audience behavior and digital demand signals.
- Synthesize data from marketing campaigns, website performance, and external research sources into cohesive insights.
- Develop visual dashboards and presentation-ready materials for internal teams and investor audiences.
- Partner with marketing, investment, and leadership teams to align research insights with business and capital strategy.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Market Research, Marketing, Economics, Finance, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of experience in market research, marketing insights, investment research, or a related analytical role.
- Demonstrated experience producing market research and investor-facing reports.
- Experience with data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
- Comfortable working with external market data, investment-oriented datasets, and marketing performance metrics.
- Strategic, insight-oriented mindset; not a data science or heavy statistical modeling role.
