About The Role
As the
Lead Manager, you will take full ownership of the sales lead journeyfrom responding to inquiries and nurturing prospects to scheduling appointments and gathering client feedback. Your focus is to drive strong lead conversion through timely communication and meaningful customer engagement. This role plays an essential part in sustaining a smooth sales pipeline and ensuring potential clients receive a positive, high-quality experience from their very first interaction.
Responsibilities
- Contact, follow up, qualify, and nurture incoming leads generated from paid ads, organic channels, and various platforms.
- Schedule and manage appointments with prospective clients.
- Conduct proactive outreach and ensure consistent follow-up on all leads and booked appointments.
- Maintain accurate records and update lead statuses within Hubspot.
- Collect and relay client feedback to help improve the overall sales process.
- Provide support for additional sales and project management activities as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth handoff and cohesive customer experience.
Competencies And Qualifications
Must-Have
- 3+ years of proven experience in lead generation, appointment setting, and sales coordination.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- CRM proficiency (HubSpot preferred; Zoho or similar acceptable).
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
- Senior-level experience; able to drive and lead client conversations.
- Results-oriented, action-driven, collaborative, confident, and a big-picture thinker.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience in the construction, renovation, real estate, or interior design industry strongly preferred.
- Prior experience managing US, UK, or Canada-based clients is a plus.
