We are looking for a detailed-oriented and well-organized Lead Intelligence Coordinator to manage data enrichment and phone verification tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate, foreclosure, or title companies, and be capable of conducting phone verifications and processing complex data related to properties and liens.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enrich Data: Conduct research to gather relevant data, including judgments, property information, and foreclosure details. Perform searches on legal documents and public records.
- Phone Verification: Conduct phone calls to verify information, confirm contact details, and schedule meetings. Ensure that all necessary details are accurately recorded in the system.
- Work with CRM systems to document all actions, update records, and track progress.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail and organization, ensuring all tasks are completed with accuracy.
Mandatory Skills:
- Strong verbal communication skills, with a professional phone manner.
- High level of attention to detail and the ability to organize and manage large volumes of data.
- Experience working with CRM systems and performing data entry.
- Previous experience in real estate, foreclosure, or title companies is required.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in handling pre-legal documents and understanding real estate legalities is a plus.
- Proficiency in handling sensitive information and maintaining confidentiality.
- Ability to learn quickly and work independently in a remote environment.
