Responsibilities

• Project Management: Lead and coordinate IT connectivity for new polyclinic instruments, ensuring all testing processes are completed and projects are delivered on time. Change Management: Facilitate effective communication during transitions and changes within IT projects. Technology Evaluation: Assess emerging technologies for their applicability to operations, integrating solutions that drive innovation and efficiency. Cross-department Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless delivery and implementation of IT work plans across services. Business as Usual (BAU) IT Activities: Oversee daily IT operations, ensuring compliance with governance requirements, effective budgeting, and resource allocation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field. Preferred certification in Project Management or a similar program management area. Certifications in EPIC Beaker and other Next Generation Electronic Medical Record (NGEMR) applications. Minimum of 5 years of experience in the healthcare (laboratory) sector, with a focus on IT application specialization for at least 2 years. Proven project leadership experience, demonstrating capabilities in IT solutions and data analysis. Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and effective verbal and written communication abilities. Demonstrated leadership experience of a minimum of 3 years, including managing teams and stakeholders. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, both independently and collaboratively.
