LEAD GENERATION STAFF (OUTBOUND COLD CALLING) - OFFICE BASED

Role Description

This is a full-time, office-based role for a Lead Generation Staff specializing in outbound cold calling. The role is located in Metro Cebu. Responsibilities include generating leads, making outbound calls to potential clients, identifying and qualifying prospective customers, maintaining accurate prospect databases, and managing follow-ups to build relationships and secure business opportunities. The role requires meeting daily call targets and contributing to overall team goals.

Qualifications

• Proven ability in Outbound Cold Calling and Lead Generation
• Strong Communication and Relationship-Building Skills
• Experience in Data Management, CRM Tools, and Database Maintenance
• Strong Sales and Persuasion Skills
• Goal-oriented mindset with an ability to meet or exceed targets
• Proficiency in using office software, including Microsoft Office or similar tools
• Prior experience in, sales, or customer engagement is an advantage
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, office-based environment
