The Role

As Head of Leads Management, you'll lead the team that turns interest into real sales opportunities. From the first message to booking a demo, you'll make sure every lead is handled quickly, thoughtfully, and effectively, all while building the systems that help us scale how we support and convert MSMEs!

What You'll Do

  • Team Leadership: You'll lead and manage the leads team, making sure everyone is aligned, supported, and consistently hitting their targets.
  • Lead Ownership: You'll oversee the full lead journey, from first inquiry to qualified demo booking, ensuring no opportunity slips through the cracks.
  • First Point of Contact: You'll ensure incoming leads are responded to quickly via chat and routed or handled properly.
  • Lead Qualification: You'll guide conversations, ask the right questions, and identify which leads are a strong fit for the sales team.
  • Demo Conversion: You'll encourage and secure demo bookings by clearly communicating value and next steps.
  • Follow-Ups & Nurturing: You'll keep leads engaged through calls, chats, and messages to ensure they show up and stay interested.
  • Team Coordination: You'll manage schedules, demo bookings, and internal coordination to keep operations running smoothly.
  • Process Improvement: You'll build and refine systems that make lead handling faster, smarter, and more effective.
  • Data & Tracking: You'll maintain clean and accurate records of leads, conversations, and performance metrics.
  • Sales Alignment: You'll act as the bridge between leads and the sales team to ensure smooth handoffs and strong collaboration.

About You

  • People Leader: You have experience managing or guiding a team in leads management, customer support, or a similar environment.
  • Strong Communicator: You're confident talking to people and know how to move conversations toward clear outcomes.
  • Sales-Minded: You can spot a good opportunity and know how to guide leads toward taking action.
  • Highly Organized: You can manage multiple conversations, schedules, and priorities without things falling through the cracks.
  • Tech Comfortable: You're confident using chat tools, call platforms, and scheduling systems in your day-to-day work.
  • Proactive & Responsive: You follow up, stay on top of tasks, and don't wait to be told what to do next.
  • Detail-Oriented: You keep trackers, data, and records clean, accurate, and up to date.
  • Data-Aware: You're comfortable working with spreadsheets like Excel or Google Sheets to monitor performance.
  • Bonus: You're familiar with UTAK POS or similar products.

Note: Salary is negotiable. This is a 90% WFH set-up.
