Lead Generation Specialist

About the Role

Are you a proactive communicator with a knack for identifying potential business opportunities We are looking for a high-energy Lead Generation Specialist to join our team for a seasonal campaign.

In this role, you will be the tip of the spear—combining sharp web research skills with confident outbound calling to connect with, qualify, and validate potential customers across the U.S. market.

Key Responsibilities

• Research & Prospecting: Perform web scraping and online research to identify prospective U.S. leads.
• Outbound Engagement: Conduct outbound calls and maintain professional, engaging customer interactions.
• Lead Validation & Qualification: Verify contact information, assess prospect fit, and qualify leads based on set criteria.
• Documentation: Accurately document findings, call outcomes, and lead data in our system.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Strong verbal and written English communication skills
• At least 6 months experience in sales outreach and lead generation targeting the U.S. market
• Ability to conduct outbound calls and customer interactions professionally
• Experience with prospecting, lead qualification, and customer validation
• Open to working on-site during graveyard hours in the Parañaque area.
