Lead Generation Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and respond to inbound calls from customers and campaign-generated leads.
• Make outbound follow-up calls to new inquiries and partially completed bookings.
• Qualify and categorize leads based on provided guidelines (B2C low-ticket, B2C high-ticket, B2B).
• Create, update, and maintain lead records using the company's CRM (Zoho).
• Book appointments for the logistics team, including collecting and documenting details such as:
• Customer contact information
• Service address
• Type and volume of items
• Accessibility notes
• Customer expectations and urgency
