Lead Generation Specialist (Payroll Solutions) Can Start ASAP

We are looking for a results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to identify and qualify potential clients for our payroll and HR solutions. The ideal candidate has experience in B2B lead generation, prospecting, and cold calling, with the ability to build a strong sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads for payroll and HR solutions.
• Conduct market research and identify potential business clients.
• Perform cold calling, email outreach, and prospecting activities.
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the Sales Team.
• Maintain and update lead information in the CRM/database.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Meet weekly and monthly lead generation targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field (Marketing or Business Management is an advantage).
• At least 2 years of experience in lead generation, telemarketing, or B2B sales.
• Experience in payroll solutions, HR services, or fintech is highly preferred.
• Experience in cold calling and outbound prospecting.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and lead generation/CRM tools.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

Preferred Background

• Experience selling or generating leads for payroll, HR, SaaS, or fintech solutions.
• Candidates with pure call center/customer service experience and no lead generation or B2B sales background are not preferred.
