Job Overview:

As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for building and maintaining a high-quality database of potential customers (cities, schools, churches, home builders, landscape architects). You will identify new project opportunities by researching public and private sources, qualifying leads, and entering them into the CRM, enabling the US sales team to efficiently pursue and convert new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

● Data Input & List Building

○ Take data from external apps/tools (e.g., lists of public and private schools, etc.) and manually input it into the CRM, following clear criteria.

○ Enrich records with company info, contact details, and segmentation (type of customer, geography, etc.).

○ Ensure data cleanliness and consistency (naming conventions, required fields).

● Lead & Account Research

○ Research landscape architecture firms, churches, home builders, developers, shopping centers, etc., in specified regions (e.g., selected counties in California).

○ Gather and verify company details, key contacts, emails, phone numbers, LinkedIn profiles, and website info where available.

○ Log all findings in the CRM, creating accounts, contacts, and potential opportunities.

● Opportunity Identification

○ Use tools like GovSpend, Active Parks, and other public bidding/job platforms to:

■ Track public projects, bids, and RFPs related to playgrounds, picnic shelters, shade structures, and outdoor recreation.

■ Review city council and school board meeting recordings where keywords like playground, picnic shelter, lunch shelter, etc., are mentioned, and flag potential opportunities.

○ Create leads/opportunities in the CRM and assign them to sales reps for follow-up.

● Collaboration with Sales & Marketing

○ Provide clean contact lists that sales and marketing can add to marketing campaigns (email, LinkedIn, etc.).

○ Follow structured directions on priority segments and regions, and report progress regularly.

Requirements

● At least 3 years of lead generation or sales research experience

● Basic understanding of B2B sales and what constitutes a qualified

account/lead.

● Experience working with a CRM (HubSpot or similar) is a plus.

● Prior work in B2B or public sector research is an advantage but not required.

● Strong research skills (web, directories, public records, meeting minutes/videos).

● High accuracy in data entry and information organization.

● Good written English; able to understand English meeting recordings and

public documents.

● Detail-oriented, patient, and systematic; comfortable with high-volume,

repetitive tasks.

● Curious and proactive in identifying potential opportunities within given guidelines.

● Comfortable working closely with remote US teams and following clear instructions

Work Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday, 12:00 AM - 9:00 AM Manila Time (may change whenever needed)
