We're currently hiring on behalf of one of our clients for a Lead Generation Specialist.

About the Role

We're looking for a results-driven Lead Generation Specialist with a strong background in CRM and account management. In this role, you'll generate and qualify leads, manage customer relationships, maintain CRM databases, and work closely with the sales and marketing teams to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads through various marketing channels
• Manage and maintain CRM records with accurate customer information
• Build and nurture relationships with prospective and existing clients
• Handle account management and support client retention initiatives
• Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth lead handoff
• Monitor lead pipelines and prepare reports on lead performance
• Execute outbound prospecting through email, phone, LinkedIn, and other platforms
• Identify opportunities to improve lead generation processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in Lead Generation, CRM, Account Management, or Business Development
• Hands-on experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive, or similar
• Experience handling client accounts and building customer relationships
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Experience in B2B lead generation is an advantage
• Willing to work onsite in Bridgetown, Pasig City
