The Role
This role is for candidates with hands-on LinkedIn lead generation experience.
You will own investor lead sourcing, outreach, and follow-ups using LinkedIn-native and outbound tools. This is not cold calling and not product sales. It is relationship-driven fundraising outreach.
You are expected to operate independently and think in terms of outcomes, not tasks.
What You'll Do
- Source and qualify investor leads via LinkedIn
- Run first-touch and follow-up sequences
- Manage conversations and handoffs to the founder
- Schedule intro calls and manage calendars
- Keep pipeline clean, organized, and moving
Tools You'll Use (Required Experience)
- LinkedIn / LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Pipedrive CRM
- LinkedIn outreach / sequencing tools (e.g., Waalaxy, Dripify, Expandi, Phantombuster, or similar)
- Email
What We're Looking For (Non-Negotiable)
- Proven experience running LinkedIn lead gen end-to-end
- Familiarity with Sales Navigator filters and workflows
- Experience managing pipelines in a CRM (Pipedrive preferred)
- Strong written English and professional tone
- Comfortable following up and driving responses
Compensation & Details
- Full-time, remote (Philippines)
- California Time Zone - aligned hours
- Reasonable base + strong commission / success-based upside
