Job Summary
As a Leads Generation Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving the company's growth by generating qualified leads and setting appointments for our sales team. You will be the first point of contact with potential customers, engaging prospects through outbound outreach and nurturing relationships that lead to new business opportunities.
The ideal candidate is an energetic self-starter with the ability to identify influencers and key decision makers within accounts. You will discover qualified opportunities by responding to inbound interests and targeted outbound prospects to build rapport and establish long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive top-of-the-funnel lead generation for the sales team.
- Conduct outbound prospecting through email, phone, and social media to generate qualified leads.
- Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in CRM
- Follow up on inbound leads and inquiries in a timely manner.
- Research and identify potential clients using tools like LinkedIn, CRM systems, and sales intelligence platforms.
- Qualify prospects based on predefined criteria and schedule meetings for account executives.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date information information in the CRM.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly KPIs (calls, emails, meetings set, etc.)
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies.
- Attend regular training sessions to continuously improve product knowledge and sales skills.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in a telemarketing, appointment-setting and/or lead generation role (preferably in a B2B environment).
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Comfortable working U.S. business hours (night shift in PH).
- Experience using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) is a plus.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and highly organized.
- Strong research skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable to work in our Quezon City or Malolos site
