Job Overview
We're looking for a driven sales professional to join our team in a lead generation and business development capacity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field; a background in Marketing or Business Management is a plus, but not required
- Demonstrated success generating leads through sales and/or marketing initiatives
- B2B sales exposure is an advantage
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with clients/customers
- Comfortable with outbound calling/cold calling (a plus, not mandatory)
- Solid working knowledge of MS Office and lead generation platforms
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in the Payroll Solutions or HR Services space, specifically in lead generation
