Receiving and screening incoming calls and emails and determining priorities.
Performing project-based work as assigned.
Working closely with Team Executives as well as other support functions to provide proactive and effective general administrative assistance across a diverse range of tasks.
Scheduling and coordinating meetings.
Making travel arrangements and preparing expense reports.
Providing other organisational support such as ordering supplies and equipment.
Administering leave records, medical and insurance claims.
Managing and maintaining executives schedules and appointments.
Coordinating travel itineraries and making travel arrangements.
Arranging and coordinating meetings and events.
Qualifications
Ideal Profile:
Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
At least 1 - 2 years of relevant work experience (preferably in a B2B environment).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
Comfortable working in U.S. business hours (night shift PH)
Experience using CRM tools (e.g. Hubspot, Salesforce, Zoho) is a plus.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and highly organized.
Strong research skills and attention to detail.
Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional work environment.
