Job Description

The Role

You will be responsible for :

  • Receiving and screening incoming calls and emails and determining priorities.
  • Performing project-based work as assigned.
  • Working closely with Team Executives as well as other support functions to provide proactive and effective general administrative assistance across a diverse range of tasks.
  • Scheduling and coordinating meetings.
  • Making travel arrangements and preparing expense reports.
  • Providing other organisational support such as ordering supplies and equipment.
  • Administering leave records, medical and insurance claims.
  • Managing and maintaining executives schedules and appointments.
  • Coordinating travel itineraries and making travel arrangements.
  • Arranging and coordinating meetings and events.

Qualifications

Ideal Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
  • At least 1 - 2 years of relevant work experience (preferably in a B2B environment).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
  • Comfortable working in U.S. business hours (night shift PH)
  • Experience using CRM tools (e.g. Hubspot, Salesforce, Zoho) is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and highly organized.
  • Strong research skills and attention to detail.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional work environment.
