Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Metro Manila for a Lead Generation Specialist. The specialist will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new leads, qualifying prospects, and maintaining a robust client pipeline. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, reaching out to potential clients, maintaining client databases, and collaborating with sales teams to convert leads into sales opportunities. This role requires excellent communication skills and a results-driven mindset.

Qualifications
  • Experience in identifying New Leads and managing Lead Generation processes
  • Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with potential clients
  • Analytical and Research skills for identifying target markets and client needs
  • Understanding of Sales principles and the ability to drive engagements to successful outcomes
  • Proactive and goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
  • Previous experience in business development or lead generation roles is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous
