Employment Status: Project-Based (5 Months) with a possibility of regular employment based on performance.
Compensation: Basic Monthly Salary + Commission
Setup: Hybrid (Ability to report on-site 12 times a week)

This role follows a rotating shift system to ensure consistent guest coverage:
Day Shift Option A
Monday Wednesday - 9:00 AM 4:00 PM
Thursday Friday - 9:00 AM 3:00 PM
Saturday - REST
Sunday - 9:00 AM 10:00 PM
Day Shift Option B
Monday Wednesday - 4:00 PM 10:00 PM
Thursday Friday - 3:00 PM 10:00 PM
Saturday - 9:00 AM 10:00 PM
Sunday - REST
About The Role
Whitestone is looking for a polished, driven, and empathetic individual to manage the guest journey from initial inquiry to final booking. You will act as the voice of the resort, handling chats, emails, and bookings with charm, precision, and a focus on hitting project targets.
Key Responsibilities
Inquiry Management: Professionally handle guest inquiries via email, chat, and phone with a high focus on conversion and project KPIs.
Booking & Sales: Lead the end-to-end booking process using our CRM and reservation tools.
Guest Success: Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring all guest needs are met with empathy and professionalism.
Conflict Resolution: Calmly address and resolve guest concerns while upholding our high hospitality standards.
Administrative Support: Maintain accurate, up-to-date project records using Microsoft tools.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Must be a graduate of any related course.
Communication: Native-level fluency in English and Tagalog (written and verbal).
Experience: Proven background in a customer-facing role (Hospitality, Sales, VA, or Reservations).
Technical Skills: Comfortable navigating CRMs, booking platforms, and Microsoft Office.
Work Ethic: A self-starter who is disciplined with shifts and meeting project deadlines.
Presence: A professional and confident demeanor suitable for a high-end resort environment.
