Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Lead Sourcing & Database Building

  • Build and maintain a target list of 100–500 companies (e.g., BPOs, schools, SMEs, real estate, LGUs)
  • Source leads through LinkedIn, Facebook groups and communities, Google searches and online directories, events, referrals, and partnerships
  • Ensure the CRM/database is accurate, complete, and regularly updated

Outreach Execution (Daily Volume Activity)

  • Execute daily multi-channel outreach through: Email, LinkedIn, Phone calls, Send initial outreach messages, proposals, and structured follow-ups.
  • Follow a consistent outreach cadence (Day 1, Day 3, Day 7, Day 14)

Appointment Setting

  • Qualify leads based on: Budget, Business need, Decision-maker access
  • Schedule meetings for: Corporate Sales Manager, B2B Sales Team
  • Ensure meeting confirmations, attendance, and proper coordination.

CRM & Pipeline Management

  • Maintain the lead tracker (Google Sheets or CRM system), ensuring accurate status updates: Lead → Contacted → Interested → Meeting → Proposal
  • Update records daily without delay
  • Ensure complete visibility and zero missed or untracked leads

Market Intelligence

  • Monitor and report on: Industry demand trends, Competitor activities, Corporate buying behavior and cycles
  • Provide weekly insights and observations to the sales team to support strategy and planning.

Minimum Qualifications

Role Summary

The Lead Generation Executive is responsible for building and maintaining a consistent pipeline of qualified leads across retail, corporate, and reseller channels.

This role is volume- and system-driven. Success is measured through the quality of leads generated, meetings booked, and overall pipeline value created.
