We are looking for a high-impact Lead Generation & Growth Marketing Manager to drive demand, strengthen our brand, and scale our business development pipeline using modern AI-powered marketing systems.
Role Overview
The Lead Generation & Growth Marketing Manager will own the strategy and execution of multi-channel marketing programs focused on:
- Brand repositioning
- Qualified B2B lead generation
- Paid media performance
- AI-driven marketing workflows
- CRM and sales pipeline enablement
- Events and partnerships growth
This is a fully on-site role, working closely with leadership, sales, and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Performance Marketing
- - Build and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Ads
- - Develop scalable acquisition funnels for enterprise and institutional clients
- - Track and improve CPL, CAC, conversion rates, and ROI
AI Marketing & Workflow Automation
- - Leverage AI tools such as Apollo AI, ChatGPT, automation platforms, and enrichment tools
- - Create AI-driven workflows for prospecting, outbound sequences, segmentation, and reporting
- - Implement systems that improve marketing execution speed and efficiency
Brand Rebuilding & Market Positioning
- - Help redefine Envirocycle's brand presence across digital platforms
- - Improve trust, authority, and visibility in sustainability, ITAD, and recycling services
- - Coordinate messaging and creative aligned with business goals
CRM & Sales Enablement
- - Manage and optimize CRM workflows (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar)
- - Align marketing campaigns with sales pipeline and business development efforts
- - Build reporting dashboards and lead nurturing sequences
SEO & SEM Growth
- - Execute SEO strategies to rank Envirocycle as a top leader in ITAD and e-waste services
- - Manage SEM campaigns and keyword-driven lead capture programs
- - Improve web conversion rates and organic authority
Events & Partnerships
- - Plan and execute industry events, client activations, and corporate sustainability engagements
- - Support business development initiatives through strategic marketing and outreach
Collaboration & Leadership
- - Work closely with internal teams and act as a strong team player
- - Coordinate with creative, sales, and executive leadership to deliver growth outcomes
- - Bring energy, ownership, and execution discipline to the role
Qualifications & Requirements
- - 37+ years experience in growth marketing, lead generation, or B2B performance marketing
- - Strong experience with paid media platforms: Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads
- - Hands-on familiarity with Apollo AI and modern AI prospecting/marketing tools
- - Proven ability to build automation and AI-assisted workflows
- - Experience working with CRM systems and pipeline reporting
- - Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and digital funnel optimization
- - Comfortable planning events and supporting business development strategy
- - Highly collaborative, proactive, and execution-focused
- - Must be available for full-time on-site work in Metro Manila
