Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Lead Generation Specialist. The Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for identifying and sourcing new leads, researching potential clients, and generating innovative ways to attract business opportunities. They will also handle communication with prospective clients and work to support sales efforts by collaborating with the sales team to develop effective strategies. Accountability, goal-orientation, and excellent client engagement skills are essential for this role.

Qualifications
  • Demonstrated expertise in Lead Generation and the ability to identify and engage new leads
  • Strong Communication and interpersonal skills for effectively interacting with potential clients
  • Experience in Sales with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets
  • Strong Research skills for identifying prospective opportunities and markets
  • Proficient organizational and time-management abilities
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, full-time role
  • Previous experience in the virtual assistance or administrative support industry is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
