Our partner client is a rapidly growing technology solutions company, delivering digital services and business process support to global clients. As they continue to scale, they are looking for a Lead Generation / Business Development Team Lead to drive pipeline growth and lead a high-performing team.
The ideal candidate is a strategic and results-driven leader with strong experience in lead generation, team management, and sales development.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership & Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Lead Generation Specialists. Set clear targets, monitor daily performance, and provide coaching to ensure consistent achievement of KPIs.
- Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective lead generation and outreach strategies across multiple channels (LinkedIn, email, cold calling, and social platforms) to drive qualified pipeline growth.
- Pipeline Oversight: Oversee the teams pipeline, ensuring leads are properly qualified, nurtured, and endorsed to the sales team. Maintain high standards for lead quality and conversion rates.
- Performance Monitoring: Track, analyze, and report on key metrics such as lead volume, conversion rates, and team productivity. Use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and processes.
- Hands-on Prospecting: Actively participate in lead generation efforts, especially for high-value or strategic accounts, and support the team in closing gaps when needed.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align on target markets, campaigns, and messaging strategies to improve overall business outcomes.
- CRM & Process Management: Ensure accurate documentation of all lead activities in Salesforce or other CRM systems, and continuously improve workflows and lead management processes.
Qualifications
- Graduate of any business-related course, preferably Marketing
- At least 5+ years of experience in lead generation, business development, or a similar role
- At least 2 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role
- Proven track record of managing teams and consistently achieving or exceeding targets
- Experience in selling HRMS/HRIS, Payroll, or Managed Services is an advantage
- Strong knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
