Our partner client is a fast-growing technology solutions company, supporting global businesses through digital services and process optimization. They are expanding their team and looking for a results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to support their sales pipeline.
The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and experienced in identifying and engaging potential clients across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting & Outreach: Identify and connect with high-potential clients through LinkedIn, Facebook, X, and targeted email campaigns. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects by consistently sourcing new leads.
- Lead Generation: Support marketing campaigns by generating qualified leads and converting interest into potential sales opportunities through cold calls, emails, and social media outreach.
- Lead Qualification: Assess inbound and outbound leads by understanding their business needs, challenges, and decision-making process. Present a brief overview of the companys services and determine if there is a strong fit.
- Appointment Setting: Coordinate and schedule initial Discovery Calls between qualified prospects and the sales team, ensuring all relevant client information and context are properly endorsed.
- CRM Management: Accurately record, update, and track all lead interactions using Salesforce or other CRM tools to ensure data integrity and proper pipeline management.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align on target markets, improve outreach strategies, and optimize lead conversion efforts.
Qualifications
- Graduate of any business-related course, preferably Marketing
- At least 2 years of experience in lead generation, business development, or a similar role
- Experience in selling HRMS/HRIS, Payroll, or Managed Services is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
