Our Marketing and Cash Management Team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Taguig for the role of Lead for Advertising, Media and Creative Agency.

In this role, you will oversee brand guardianship by ensuring advertising and merchandising materials adhere to brand standards, manage projects for brand awareness and relevance, including brand refresh and sponsorship activities, and handle trademark inventory management. Additionally, you will develop creative and media briefs for various banking sectors, execute media plans to achieve business targets, and manage suppliers through accreditation, performance evaluation, and rationalization.

What the role will entail

• Review materials to ensure alignment/compliance with brand standards and guidelines, and manage trademark inventory for brand marks ownership
• Manage projects/campaigns for brand awareness and relevance, such as brand refresh and sponsorship activities
• Develop creative, research, and media briefs for corporate banking, wealth management, FI distribution, and trust products/promotions
• Execute effective media plans for product teams, including deposits and channels, to achieve business targets
• Manage suppliers through accreditation, performance evaluation, and rationalization

What we're looking for

• Holder of Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication or any related field
• At least 5 years experience in Brand, Marketing or Corporate Communications, preferably gained from the Banking and Finance industry
• Advanced proficiency in Advertising is a prerequisite
• Demonstration of advanced Marketing acumen, encompassing comprehensive understanding and adept application of marketing vocabulary, tools, strategies, channels, and methodologies
• Proficiency in Project Management is required, along with proficiency in Media Planning and Digital Marketing
