The Lead Integration Project Manager (i-PM) is a pivotal role within the Software, Hardware and Power Systems programme, responsible for independently delivering complex projects within a defined technology or product area. This role acts as a single point of contact within NPD and across category at a senior level in SEA, ensuring technical excellence, robust project delivery, and effective stakeholder engagement.
Reporting to the Programme Manager, you will lead and drive projects, influencing a multi-disciplinary team of engineers who are researching new technologies and components for Dysons next generation products. You will be responsible for managing the full project lifecycle, ensuring technical risks are identified and mitigated, and that project objectives are met on time and within budget. The role requires solid understanding, especially in the embedded software and hardware development, hence the ability to communicate project status and risks to senior management, and to collaborate with engineering, operations, quality teams, and key suppliers effectively.
