Responsibilities
- Design and development of new products:
ensure sound theoretical principles were applied in the design of new products.
confirm correctness of decisions on materials used for each part.
assure proper material processing, tooling, and fabrication.
- Manufacturing and assembly methods:
utilize industry standard assembly methods and quality control standards.
improve/expand current manufacturing capabilities being utilized by new products developments.
establish new manufacturing capabilities necessary in the manufacture of newly developed products.
- Continuously search for new areas of research for product development and manufacturing process improvement.
- Provide technical assistance to other engineers regarding product development and manufacturing designs.
- Educate and train other engineers in technical designs.
Qualifications
Graduate of BS Electronics/Electrical Engineering.
With at least two (2) years of relevant experience.
License is not required.
