Location: Makati (Hybrid, 1x a week onsite)
Schedule: 9 am - 6 pm
Contract: initial 6-12 months (with strong potential for extension)
We are looking for an experienced .NET Development Lead to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong technical capabilities with leadership experience and enjoys staying hands-on with code.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of developers while remaining actively involved in hands-on coding
- Design and develop full-stack applications using .NET Core and Angular
- Build and maintain scalable microservices-based systems
- Drive architectural decisions and ensure alignment with business goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the development lifecycle
- Promote coding best practices and mentor junior developers
Qualifications:
- Strong experience in .NET Core and Angular development
- Proven background in microservices and full-stack architecture
- Ability to lead technical discussions and design scalable solutions
- Experience in leading development teams while maintaining individual contributions
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred but not required:
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure)
- Experience with containerization tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
