We're now looking for a
Lead Development Representative (LDR) with a strong operational and data-driven mindset. This role sits within our
Sales Support Team and focuses on
managing, improving, and operationalising our prospect data, ensuring our sales team is equipped with accurate, high-quality information to drive meaningful engagement and pipeline creation.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect Data Management & Enrichment
- Build, curate, and continuously maintain target account and contact lists aligned with sales priorities and AWS GTM initiatives.
- Manage and optimise prospect data using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Cognism, and other enrichment tools.
- Ensure high-quality, enriched, and accurate data is consistently available for outbound outreach.
CRM Ownership & Data Hygiene
- Maintain exceptional CRM accuracy in HubSpot, ensuring contact, company, and sequence data is clean, well-segmented, and ready for use by the sales team.
- Proactively resolve data gaps and ensure consistency across all regions.
Outreach Campaign Enablement
- Support the creation, setup, and execution of email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns, ensuring the right prospects are targeted with the right messaging.
- Coordinate with Sales and Marketing to align data workflows with active campaigns, events, or AWS initiatives.
Performance Analysis & Reporting
- Track and report on campaign and outreach performance, including response rates, deliverability, data gaps, and list quality.
- Provide insights to improve future targeting and data utilisation.
Sales Tool & Workflow Optimisation
- Act as a subject matter expert for key prospecting tools (HubSpot, Sales Navigator, Cognism).
- Recommend improvements that enhance sales productivity and streamline lead development efforts.
Cross-Functional Support
- Work closely with sales managers and account managers across global regions to support data needs and outreach readiness.
- Handle ad hoc support requests related to prospect data, reports, and campaign preparation.
Process Improvement
- Continually identify opportunities to refine how Cloud Bridge uses, structures, and enriches prospect data to enable better sales outcomes.
Crucial Skills
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional data accuracy
- Proficiency with HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and data enrichment tools (e.g., Cognism)
- Excellent organisation and time management
- Understanding of outbound sales workflows and campaign structure
- Strong analytical skills and ability to identify trends and data gaps
- Confident communicator with cross-functional collaboration experience
- Ability to support global teams and juggle multiple requests
- Proactive, process-driven, and comfortable owning operational workflows
