Develop and implement advanced machine learning models to solve business problems.
Analyze large datasets to identify trends and actionable insights.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate analytics into decision-making processes.
Create and maintain predictive models to support business growth.
Present findings and data-driven recommendations to stakeholders.
Lead a team of data scientists and guide their professional development.
Ensure data quality and accuracy in all analytics projects.
Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in data science and analytics.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Lead Data Scientist should have:

3+ years of hands-on data science experience.
Strong skills in SQL, Python, scripting, and rapid prototyping.
Proven ability to deliver quantitative analyses and statistical models that drive business impact.
Solid foundation in probability, statistics, machine learning, experimental design, and optimization.
Experience with ML frameworks (scikitlearn, TensorFlow, PyTorch) or LLM/GenAI tools (LangChain, Azure OpenAI).
Hands-on work with Credit Scoring Models and/or Fraud Detection Models is an advantage.
Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) is a plus.
