We are looking for a licensed Lead, Data Governance. Role provides strategic leadership in establishing a trusted, secure, and compliant data environment across the enterprise. It ensures

that data is managed as a critical asset by driving robust governance frameworks, aligning identity and access management with business and regulatory requirements, and promoting responsible data and AI usage.

What are the Responsibilities:

• Administer Unity Catalog — catalogs, access controls, lineage, classification and masking (drive the 100%-Tier-1 goal).
• Implement identity & access governance (RBAC/ABAC, SSO via Microsoft Entra ID).
• Define & enforce data-quality, privacy and ASEAN data-residency policies across PH/SG/MY/TH/VN/ID.
• Support model-risk / responsible-AI controls and the AI-gateway usage policy.
• Run the enterprise data catalog & business glossary; coordinate data stewards across BUs. 3.0

Job Specifications and required skills:

• Unity Catalog & Databricks security; Azure (Entra ID, Microsoft Purview); SQL
• Data-governance frameworks (DAMA-DMBOK); ASEAN data-privacy regulations; policy-as-code
• Identity & access management; data-quality tooling

What are the Qualifications:

• 5–8 yrs in data governance / management with hands-on cataloguing & access control
• BS/MS in IT, CS or Information Management
• NICE TO HAVE: CDMP or cloud-security certification; model-risk / AI-governance exposure; metadata management
