Job Description
Reporting to the Head of Corporate Functions & Strategy, the incumbent will integrate financial management, vendor governance, and business operations into a cohesive operating model. The role is critical in ensuring that Technology initiatives are effectively prioritised, funded, and governed, while aligning with business, risk, and Group objectives. In addition, the role plays a key part in strengthening leadership alignment, communication, and execution discipline across the division to support sustainable and effective delivery of strategic outcomes.
Job Responsibilities
Strategy & Transformation
- Partner with the CIO to shape and execute Technology strategy and transformation priorities
- Drive programme governance, tracking milestones, risks, and interdependencies
- Support senior management and board-level strategic engagements IT Finance Management
- Lead budgeting, financial planning, and cost governance for Technology
- Drive cost optimisation while balancing investment and innovation priorities
- Provide forward-looking insights to support strategic decision-making
- Embed value-based investment frameworks linking spend to business outcomes Procurement & Vendor Management
- Define and execute technology sourcing and vendor strategy
- Lead procurement activities across projects and BAU
- Establish robust vendor governance, performance management, and risk oversight
- Drive commercial optimisation and manage strategic vendor relationships Corporate Functions & Governance
- Drive people, culture, and engagement initiatives across Technology
- Lead communications platforms (e.g. townhalls, leadership updates)
- Act as a key liaison with Group functions and stakeholders
- Manage governance forums, reporting, and operating rhythms

Job Requirements
- 8–10 years experience across IT strategy, finance, procurement, or vendor management - Strong expertise in IT financial management, sourcing, and governance frameworks - Proven ability to translate strategy into execution and measurable outcomes - Track record in cost optimisation and operational efficiency - Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior levels - Excellent communication and presentation capabilities - High ownership, adaptability, and strong execution discipline - Degree in relevant discipline; MBA or professional certifications (CPA/CFA/CIPS) is a plus Only shortlisted candidate will be notified.
