Your Role:
The Lead Copywriter oversees the daily operations of the Copywriting Team, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content aligned with client requirements and business goals. The role serves as a bridge between the production team and Operations leadership by managing workflows, monitoring SLAs, driving quality standards, and supporting team development through coaching and mentoring.
What you will do:
- Lead, coach, and develop the Copywriting Team to drive performance, writing quality, and productivity.
- Manage daily production workflows, task assignments, and SLAs to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
- Review copywriting outputs and provide feedback to ensure compliance with client requirements, brand guidelines, and quality standards.
- Monitor team performance, address operational issues, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on onboarding, recruitment, reporting, escalations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communication Arts, Mass Communication, Marketing, or related fields.
- At least 2 years of experience leading a team of content creators (copywriters, editors, social media, SEO, or related roles).
- Strong copywriting, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and coaching abilities.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Willing to work on a night shift schedule and Philippine holidays.
