Lead Coordinator

Are you a hands-on marketer who loves turning campaigns into qualified leads and measurable growth

We're looking for a Lead Coordinator to take ownership of multi-channel marketing campaigns and help drive the firm's growth.

What You'll Own

• Email marketing & automated nurture sequences
• LinkedIn, SMS & direct outreach campaigns
• Google, Facebook & other paid advertising
• HubSpot & Apollo CRM/pipeline management
• Marketing automation, segmentation & A/B testing
• Campaign analytics, KPI reporting & optimization
• Webinar/event promotion and follow-up
• New campaign ideas to improve lead generation

What We're Looking For

• 3–5+ years of digital marketing or campaign management experience
• Strong HubSpot experience
• Marketing automation & CRM experience
• B2B lead generation experience
• Strong written & verbal English communication
• Ability to independently manage campaigns from strategy through execution
• Comfortable working EST hours (9 AM–5 PM)

Highly Preferred: Experience marketing for an accounting, CPA, tax, bookkeeping, or financial services firm.

This is not a traditional administrative coordinator role. We're looking for someone who can think strategically, execute independently, analyze results, and continuously improve what's working.
