- Drive CRM adoption, user engagement, and change management initiatives.
- Support Salesforce readiness activities, including process alignment, training, and business engagement.
- Improve customer and account data quality through strong data governance practices.
- Enhance digital customer experiences through platforms such as MyEmerson.
- Deliver reporting, analytics, and insights that support business decisions.
- Explore opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and digital technologies to improve productivity and customer engagement.

- Strong stakeholder engagement, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience working across teams delivering business and technology solutions.
