What You Will Do (Key Result Areas)

• Delighting Our Customers & Stakeholders: Lead requirement gathering, write clear source-to-target mappings (STTM), build data lineage models, and interface with key business leaders to deliver reliable data solutions.
• Growing Our Business: Manage scope and project risks while identifying strategic data opportunities that enhance core client capabilities.
• Improving the Way We Work: Drive technical standards, champion Agile data methodologies, and use expert SQL to validate complex data pipelines and eliminate rework.
• Developing Myself and Others: Mentor team members, review project deliverables, and foster continuous learning across cloud data stack architectures.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: 5+ years of Business Analysis experience in data engineering, data warehousing, or modern analytics environments.
• Core Skills: Expert-level SQL skills, deep understanding of ETL/ELT lifecycles, STTM, and dimensional data modeling (star schema).
• Tech Exposure: Familiarity with AWS data services (e.g., Lambda, RDS, DynamoDB, Athena) and modern data architectures.
• Leadership & Soft Skills: Strong facilitation, negotiation, and executive communication abilities with a track record of guiding Agile teams.
• Evaluation: Ability to demonstrate expertise through a practical SQL/data analysis assessment and technical interview.
