Job Description

Role Responsibilities

  1. Design and manage cloud and hybrid infrastructure solutions on AWS and on-prem
  2. Administer IAM, network, VPN, DNS, and system monitoring tools
  3. Handle system performance, patching, backup, and restore operations
  4. Provide technical support for internal systems and participate in incident escalations

Key Deliverables

  1. Secure, scalable, and high-availability infrastructure deployments
  2. Regular monitoring reports and performance insights
  3. Efficient user and access management via Active Directory and GPO
  4. System uptime and reliability in alignment with SLAs
