Job Title: Lead Internal Auditor – QMS, EMS & OHMS

Location: Philippines

We at Coforge are hiring a Lead Internal Auditor with expertise in Quality Management Systems (QMS), Environmental Management Systems (EMS), and Occupational Health & Safety Management Systems (OHMS).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute internal audits across:
• ISO 9001:2015 – Quality Management Systems (QMS)
• ISO 14001:2015 – Environmental Management Systems (EMS)
• ISO 45001:2018 – Occupational Health & Safety Management Systems (OHMS)
• Develop and maintain the annual internal audit schedule covering all applicable standards and business functions.
• Conduct risk-based and process-based audits to evaluate compliance with ISO requirements, organizational policies, and regulatory obligations.
• Review policies, procedures, records, controls, and supporting evidence for conformity with management system requirements.
• Evaluate organizational compliance related to leadership, planning, operations, performance evaluation, and continual improvement.
• Identify and document non-conformities, observations, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Review and approve audit findings, corrective actions, and audit reports.
• Lead follow-up audits and validate the effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Provide audit status updates, management reports, and escalation support for unresolved findings.
• Support management reviews through audit insights, trend analysis, and compliance reporting.
• Ensure audit activities are conducted with impartiality, integrity, and confidentiality.
• Mentor and support Internal Auditors and Senior Auditors in audit planning, execution, and reporting.
• Stay updated on industry standards, regulatory requirements, and audit best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Quality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in Internal Auditing, Compliance, Quality, Environmental, or Health & Safety Management Systems.
• Certified ISO Lead Auditor.
• Strong experience conducting audits against:
• ISO 9001:2015
• ISO 14001:2015
• ISO 45001:2018
• Strong understanding of risk-based auditing methodologies and process-based audit approaches.
• Experience performing audit planning, execution, reporting, and corrective action validation.
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and report-writing skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Additional certifications in Quality, Environmental, or Occupational Health & Safety Management.
• Experience in multinational organizations, BPO, Shared Services, Manufacturing, or Technology environments.
• Exposure to integrated management systems and regulatory compliance audits.
