Role Overview:

Responsibilities
- Design Leadership
- Develop and present architectural concepts, master plans, and detailed designs.
- Construction Management Integration
- Collaborate with project manager, engineers, and contractors to align design with construction schedules and budgets.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor quality, safety, and adherence to design specifications.
- Technical Oversight
- Prepare architectural drawings, specifications, and documentation for tender and construction.
Qualifications
- Licensed Architect (PRC registration required)
- Minimum 8 years of experience in architectural design and construction management.
- Proficiency in CAD, BIM (Revit), and project management tools.
