Job Roles and Responsibilities *
Oversees manpower deployment and performance across all three lines.
Maintain timekeeping and personnel records.
Implements and enforces maintenance standards, policies, and procedures across all three lines.
Monitors and ensures timely and adequate resolution of all RSD tickets and other maintenance activities.
Responsible in notifying the client for escalated RSD tickets.
Reporter's Form - Personnel Requisition Form
Responsible for all monitoring and performance reports needed by the client.
Prepares and submits maintenance incident reports.
Asticom Group of Companies
Document and prepare daily progress reports and maintenance activity logs.
Provides insights and recommendations to lessen AFCS faults.
Conducts coaching and trainings sessions for senior and junior technicians.
Organize workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated asks.
Responsible for passing on information from upper management to employees and vice versa.
Job Qualifications *
Driving License for restriction 2, and can drive Manual Transmission car
Advance to Excellent knowledge on Excel and Google tools
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong analytical and decision-making skills
Ability to mentor, train and manage a Team
Has strong technical knowledge on hardware troubleshooting
Must be willing to be deployed in any LRT/MRT3 office and stations
Flexibility to work on shifting schedules
